Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Hawaii State Department of Education (Department), on behalf of the Executive Office on Early Learning (EOEL), requests community input to facilitate the planning activities and development of a request for proposal (RFP) for the provision of FamilyChild Interaction Learning Program services that support families in taking an active role in the social, emotional, and cognitive development of their young children. The information received will assist the Department in preparing the release of one or more RFPs in the immediate future. The Department will be seeking vendors with the ability to provide the aforementioned services to identified children in the State of Hawaii. The Department welcomes feedback from any and all prospective vendors to formulate the criteria to compose a competitive solicitation for this service.
