Specifications include, but are not limited to: Crushing Asphalt Specification The City of Claremont has stockpiled asphalt from various jobs around the City. We have approximately (2,500+/-) Cubic Yards (CY) we would like to have crushed. The City anticipates processing this material into one inch (1”) minus recycled asphalt product. The successful bidder will provide all equipment and labor to load, crush and stockpile the finished product.; Crushing Concrete Recycling The City of Claremont has a large pile of concrete. The successful bidder will crush and screen approximately (1,000+/-) Cubic Yards into two inch to four inch (2”-4”) minus to be stockpiled. The crusher shall have a magnet to remove steel. Large oversize sidewalk slabs should be broken by the equipment feeding the crusher. Any concrete that cannot go into the crusher will be put to the side. The successful bidder will provide means of metal removal from concrete during or after the crushing process, to minimize amount of metal in product.
