Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall act as the “in-house” marketing expert to create, direct, and coordinate DCCED’s in-state marketing efforts.; Conduct a thorough market analysis in Alaska to identify target demographics, competitive landscape, and opportunities.; Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to Alaska, considering cultural, seasonal, and geographical factors.; Create engaging and captivating content for online and offline channels, including social media, print, radio, and television.; Execute and manage online marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), geotargeting, social media, email marketing, and other methods.; Explore partnership opportunities and community engagement initiatives to enhance brand visibility.; Conduct public presentations either online or in person to diverse audiences.; Provide development of strategies, efforts, and media campaigns to dynamically respond to emergent issues.
