Specifications include, but are not limited to: Counties in the Pineville Branch flight pattern #1 includes the following counties: Bell, Casey, Clay, Harlan, Jackson, Knox, Laurel, Lincoln, McCreary, Owsley, Pulaski, Rockcastle, Russell, Wayne, Whitley and other counties as needed. With ample notice provided the vendor, occasionally a second aircraft and pilot will be needed to fly a second flight pattern. The second aircraft and pilot must meet the personnel and aircraft specifications as listed in the master agreement. Counties in the Morehead Branch flight pattern includes the following counties: Morehead Branch Flight Pattern include: Bath, Boyd, Carter, Elliott, Estill, Fleming, Greenup, Johnson, Lawrence, Lee, Magoffin, Mason, Menifee, Montgomery, Morgan, Powell, Wolfe and other counties as needed. Counties in the Hazard Branch flight patter includes the following counties: Breathitt, Floyd, Knott, Leslie, Letcher, Perry, Pike, and other counties as needed. HOURLY RATE SHOULD COVER ALL SERVICES REQUIRED PER SPECIFICATIONS
