Specifications include, but are not limited to: Beaver County School District is sending out an Invitation to bid (ITB) to replace doors throughout the District at Beaver High School, Milford High School and Milford Elementary; 1. Contractor is to verify in person the doors that will be replaced and take measurements. Please make an appointment with Roger Hatch (435) 691-2400 as soon as possible. See attachment for doors and frames that will be replaced. 2. Remove existing doors and keep hardware for the district. 3. Provide all materials and labor to install new doors and hardware. 4. Repair any damages to surrounding areas that occurred through removal and install. 5. Doors must be high quality commercial grade with minimum 16 gauge hollow metal doors with continuous gear hinges. 6. If doors need to be painted, school picks the color. Paint frames to match doors. 7. Doors must be able to work with our current electronic system (DSX) 8. Door closure to be used is a 4040 XP.
