Please submit a proposal for the outlined services with best estimates for cost of rentals, materials, labor, set-up, delivery, and tax. Please also include order minimums, if applicable, and estimated delivery dates. If an item is not available, the Town of Sahuarita will rely on the vendor to provide a substitute that meets the needs requested. This is an estimate of services needed, the actual scope of work may differ as needs change. If the desired item is unavailable for the quote, please disclose that information in submission.
