Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide one (1) Principal Engineer who will act as Project Manager as required, up to eight (8) hours per month unless prior approval for additional hours is obtained. The proposed Project Manager must be a licensed Professional Civil Engineer in the State of Nevada**. 2. Provide one (1) Assistant Resident Engineer (Key Personnel) with a minimum of three (3) years of experience utilizing the NDOT Construction Manual procedures, and the NDOT Synopsis of Materials Division Testing Manual for Field Testing Manual procedures or three (3) years of equivalent experience on Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) projects. The proposed Assistant Resident Engineer must be a licensed Professional Civil Engineer in the State of Nevada**. 3. Provide one (1) Supervisor I (Key Personnel) with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in heavy highway construction. 4. Provide three (3) Tech Level IV Inspectors with a minimum of three (3) years of higher-level inspection experience. At least one (1) of the Tech Level IV Inspectors shall be American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA) certified as a Traffic Control Supervisor (TSC), and at least one (1) Tech Level IV Inspectors shall be certified as a Water Pollution Control Manager (WPCM) and have experience with the inspection and implementation of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP). Assign staff to the project to efficiently complete the Scope of Services (not all personnel may be required full time). 5. Provide one (1) Tech Level I Inspector with a high school diploma (or equivalent) and one (1) year experience involving public contact. (Entry level position, experience is minimal).
