If any areas are above the current action level, they shall be included in the remediation associated with this scope. Soil excavation shall be at a minimum of 4”, further (up to 12”) if quadrant sampling remains above 400ppm. 2.0 Materials Specifications *NOTE: The Contractor shall provide quality control sampling documentation of the backfill, sod & mulch for each group of properties prior to installation. 2.1 Soil Soil mix/Top soil – Terry Hughes, Top soil blend – Soil Dynamics or “Approved” equal. Contains less than 100 mg/kg average Lead (Pb), less than 22 mg/kg average Arsenic (As), less than 25 mg/kg average Cadmium (Cd), less than 1800 mg/kg of Manganese (Mn) & no contaminants at concentrations that pose a risk to human health and the environment. Sufficient quality to grow grass and sustain vegetable gardens (as verified by appropriate nutrient testing. including at a minimum 5% organic matter) & contains insignificant amounts of debris (tree roots, rocks, etc.). 2.2 Mulch Natural color
