Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Oregon, acting by and through the Oregon Health Authority, (“Agency” or “OHA”), is issuing this Request for Proposal under the provisions of ORS 279B.060 to convene a StateWide Immunization Coalition for the Oregon Immunization Program (OIP). OHA seeks an organization to organize and implement a Work Plan for a Statewide Immunization Coalition to provide equity-driven support and leadership to professional and advocacy groups, and other organizations, and local and state government agencies to improve the health of people in Oregon through immunization services, policy development and community building. While there are many such Oregon groups, organizations, and agencies, working to improve immunization rates, OHA has identified a need for broad-based organization that can pool resources, increase statewide communications, launch initiatives, and help coordinate activities relating to immunization promotion. Through this RFP, OIP is requesting proposed Project Work Plans which the selected Contractor will implement for a state-wide immunization coalition to provide support and leadership to professional and advocacy groups, other entities, organizations, and local, state and Tribal government agencies in efforts to improve the health of people in Oregon through immunization.
