Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide recommendations for a project implementation plan that provides services for specialists, state-wide or for a county, based on the following: • Agency will refer consenting consumers for enhanced coaching support and consumer skill building services. • Consumers will be provided one on one, in-person coaching support and skill building services to enable them to make fully informed decisions to preserve their health, safety, and housing. • Services would typically be provided during the Agency work hours of 8 am – 5 pm, Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. There may be occasional after hours or weekend work. The recommendations should include: • The type of staffing. • The required degree, or certification, or licensing. • The required years of experience. • The expertise needed to provide services. • The types of coaching support needed for Agency consumers to achieve the ability to make fully informed decisions to preserve their health, safety, and housing. • The types of skill building services needed for Agency consumers to achieve the ability to make fully informed decisions to preserve their health, safety, and housing. • What kind of continuing education should be required? The project implementation plan will allow for the following: • The staff will have the ability to respond within seven business days to conduct an initial coaching session with the consumer. • Each consumer will receive at least one 1:1 meeting with a specialist to discuss concerns. Additional meetings may be authorized as needed. • Participate in an introductory meeting with the consumers case manager to get an understanding of the concerning behaviors and situation. • Participate in conferences as required by ODHS/APD staff to discuss observations and recommendations.
