Specifications include, but are not limited to: Procurement of software, infrastructure, and services required to implement a modern, and integrated solution that provides DOJ with Case Management, Time Management, and Billing Management tools and functionality. Refinement of existing high-level Requirements to elicit, document, verify, and validate detailed and testable Requirements to support and direct the functional, technical, and security design of the Solution. Training in the necessary tools to configure and maintain the Solution (any primary or supporting technologies) for DOJ Information Services (IS) staff and training for end users of the Solution. Data cleansing, normalization, classifying, labeling, conversion, and migration from existing applications to the Solution. Go-live and transition support to include integration with multiple ancillary and partner systems and the operation of a centralized help desk. Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support to include post go-live configuration validation, system upgrades, warranty support, and other activities as required by the DOJ.
