Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFA is to create Price Agreements with restaurants, caterers, food trucks, and any other prepared food, bottled water, or meal card/voucher vendors to provide On-Call Feeding and Bottled Water Delivery Service. The Price Agreements created and awarded as a result from this RFA will include pre-negotiated terms so that ODHS can arrange for Meals, Food Boxes, Meal Cards/Vouchers, and/or Bottled Water to be delivered to its Clients when the need arises during a declared emergency or disaster event, extreme weather incident, or other incidents that ODHS is responsible for providing human services to individuals. ODHS does not guarantee a certain number of Meals, Food Boxes, Meal Cards/Vouchers, and/or Bottled Water will be ordered from Applicants who are awarded a Price Agreement. ODHS understands that Applicant’s, Contractor upon award of a Price Agreement, capacity and availability to meet ODHS’ request to deliver Meals, Food Boxes, Meal Cards/Vouchers, and/or Bottled Water may vary, and Contractor will have the opportunity to turn down any Feeding and/or Bottled Water Delivery Service request or share with ODHS what aspects of the request they can meet.
