Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. The Captive Insurance Section will assess the number of Captive Insurance Companies that require an examination during the July 1 – June 30 examination cycle of the current fiscal year. Between April and June, the Captive Insurance Section will contact the Contractor to discuss the number of examinations the Contractor shall conduct, as well as the schedule that the Contractor shall follow. b. The Contractor shall prepare a report detailing the examination of a Captive Insurance Company on an exam report template provided by the Captive Insurance Section. c. The Contractor shall complete all work, including the final draft examination report, by April 30th of the following fiscal year, unless written approval of a later date has been obtained from the Director. The Director shall have the discretion to require work to be completed sooner than April 30th if the Director provides written notification of the due date to the Contractor upon assignment. d. The Contractor shall provide an estimate of the number of hours required to complete a specific work assignment, when requested to do so by the Director of the Captive Insurance Section, in which event the Contractor shall provide the estimate within three (3) business days following the date of request.
