Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Portland, Parks & Recreation, is seeking proposals from individuals, firms, teams or consultants, hereafter called “Proposer(s),” with demonstrated experience in electrical and mechanical engineering and proposes to engage the successful Proposer with demonstrated experience in the above identified service categories to perform work on an as-needed basis. Services under these price agreements will be requested as the need arises, and work will be authorized via written Task Orders. The City anticipates that over the next three (3) years, certain projects will require miscellaneous professional services on an as-needed from PP&R’s on-going Capital Improvement Project (CIP) work. The project types anticipated for the two service categories identified below will likely include improvements to playgrounds, trails, bridges, buildings, restrooms, pools, landslide repairs, public works and other park facilities.
