Specifications include, but are not limited to: Clarification No. 1: Contractors are advised that the scope of work identified as Bid Package No. 1 is a prerequisite to Bid Package No. 2, which will be the entire balance of work required to complete construction of the Site, Stadium Improvements, and New Sports Complex. The Bid Package No. 2 work is scheduled to start on or about November 2023. The Guideline Schedule indicates completion of certain critical activities that contractors for Bid Package No. 1 must accomplish. (Reference spec section 01 32 00 - Schedules and Reports). All Bid Package No. 1 contractors will be required to coordinate their work with the work associated with the future Bid Package. Clarification No. 2: The Bid Category No. 1 Contractor is to include in his bid, small tools and a total of 120 manhours at a union laborer’s pay rate (including all fringe benefits and payroll expenses) for work to be performed at the direction of the Construction Manager. At the end of the project, unused hours will be converted into a dollar amount per Wage Scale (including fringe benefits) and included as a deduct Change Order. Clarification No. 3: The Bid Category No. 1 is responsible to file, pay for, provide and implement the SWPPP, maintain the project dewatering, temporary security fencing, and silt fencing per the erosion control plan. The Bid Category No. 1 is responsible to provide, maintain, and dispose of the concrete washout area.
