Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Manufacture 27 double unit mini-shelters, which will include fold out beds, mattress, fold out bench, and heating/air conditioner units. See Attachment D - Product Description for complete specifications. Deliver all 27 mini-shelters to a location designated by DWS-OHS in coordination with Salt Lake City. This site will have clear access without the requirement to move mini-shelters over any large buildings or other significant obstructions. Site will have relatively level spaces for the mini-shelters to be placed. Install all 27 mini-shelters at the designated site in accordance with the layout determined by DWS-OHS
