This means experiencing full lives ofconnection and purpose in a dynamic supportive environment. We intend to be life-changingfor the individual residents in our care and game-changing for the broader conversationaround what it means to grow older. In the face of the growing older population in the stateof New Hampshire, we must embrace the future possibilities of what our aging society willlook like and how we expand our services to meet their needs. Our goal is to collaboratewith a strategic planning team to conduct demographic research on older adults in the state,evaluate the market for aging services in Rockingham County, identify future needs andoutline strategies for expansion of services to meet those needs.
