Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The job description links have been redacted to include ONLY the scope of work for the craft.2. Pursuant to NAC section 338.0095(1)(a) - A worker employed on a public work must be paid theapplicable prevailing rate of wage for the type of work that the worker actually performs on the publicwork and in accordance with the recognized class of the worker.3. The work description for a particular class is not intended to be jurisdictional in scope.4. Any person who believes that a type of work is not classified, or who otherwise needs clarificationpertaining to the recognized classes or job descriptions, shall contact the Labor Commissioner inwriting for a determination of the applicable classification and pay rate for a particular type of work.5. The job descriptions set forth or referenced herein supersede any, and all descriptions previouslyagreed upon by the Labor Commissioner in any settlement agreements or stipulations arising out ofcontested matters.6. The following specific provisions, where applicable, shall prevail over any general provisions of thejob descriptions:•Amendments to the prevailing wage determinations.•Group Classifications and/or descriptions recognized by the Labor Commissioner and includedwith wage determinations for a particular type of work in a particular county.
