Specifications include, but are not limited to: DAS PS, on behalf of DOC, requests approval of this Special Procurement (“SP”) Request No. REQ-DASOBO-00036846 to direct award and negotiate a contract (“Contract”) with Medical Imaging, Inc.(“Medical Imaging” or “Contractor”) for Paxera Ultima, a cloud, web-based PACS for storing, managing, and viewing medical images from multiple modalities. The contract will allow DOC to:1.Implement a PACS solution to provide direct patient care to Adults in Custody (“AIC”) in the form of saving digital images to an archival system,2.Provide a computerized and digital means of replacing the existing conventional radiological filma nd studies, and3.Digitize approximately eight (8) years of AIC medical images currently being stored on hard drivesand DVDs. 1.Implement both medical and dental PACS solution modules that support the international standardDigital Imaging and Communications (DICOM) modalities.2.Install software on a workstation in each facility to receive DICOM images and automatically sendimages to the cloud for later viewing.3.Provide a zero-footprint viewer that provides referring physicians with access to images andreports from any browser or smart device.4.Provide data migration of all image data residing on current FUJI DR Workstation PCs
