Specifications include, but are not limited to: LAKEVIEW MARINA RENOVATION 1) Contractor shall be responsible for all final measurements. 2) Contractor will be responsible for cleaning jobsite daily. 3) Contractor will be responsible to repair/replace any damages to the interior of the building, or any park property. FLOORING 1) Provide and install approximately 1,100 sq-ft of underlayment. 2) Provide and install approximately 1,100 sq-ft of waterproof oak plank flooring matching restroom floors. 3) Provide and install rough cut moulding for all baseboards and door and window trim. CEILING 1) Provide and install approximately 1,100 sq ft of 7/16 drywall and apply a knockdown finish. 2) Provide and install shutter style moulding around the poles. INTERIOR WALLS 1) Provide and install new timber to match pre-existing timber used inside the marina and drywall. 2) Provide and install with 2-in rough cut timber moulding/trim around doors and windows with rough cut timber to match pre-existing wall stain/color. LIGHTING/FANS 1) Install (6) iGLOLED, Slim Panel - 1x4, 100-277VAC, 4480 lm, 40W. (PN# GL40W1X4JI4000KUDX) 2) Lights shall be equally spaced throughout marina to provide even light distribution. 3) Install (2) BigAssFan es6 model, 60-in diameter, 7-in downrod, black, and without light, (PN# MK-ES62052306) 4) Contractor shall install separate fan control located near host area.
