Specifications include, but are not limited to: Public outreach, engagement, facilitation and reporting services to meet and inform required deliverables in compliance with the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Carbon Pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG) to include: 3.1.1 Development and deployment of stakeholder and public outreach and engagement processes to support the development of the CPRG Priority Climate Action Plan (PCAP) requiring the following services: 3.1.1.1 Develop and deploy an outreach plan for all nine City of Albuquerque Council Districts, 5 Bernalillo County Commission Districts and special outreach in the International District and South Valley of Albuquerque to make the public aware and encourage participation in a public process to provide feedback on proposed GHG reduction measures for the PCAP. 3.1.1.2 Develop and deploy an in-person engagement and facilitation plan for all nine City of Albuquerque Council Districts, 5 Bernalillo County Commission Districts as well as the International District and South Valley of Albuquerque to provide feedback on proposed GHG reduction measures for the PCAP with consideration for low-income and frontline community member participation. 3.1.1.3 Develop and deploy a virtual public engagement plan for residents of the great Albuquerque metro area, including Bernalillo County, to provide feedback on proposed GHG reduction measures for the PCAP with consideration for low-income and frontline community member participation. 3.1.1.4 Assist the CPRG Manager in developing and deploying a strategies to identify low-income and disadvantaged communities within the Albuquerque metro area.
