Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Objective is the current provider of many of the websites and databases that USHE uses for both internal and external stakeholders. They are currently in the middle of at least on major project involving creation of an online form, (which will serve a critical function and will be used by numerous internal and external stakeholders), that will feed into a database that is also being heavily revised. Since Objective has created the database that the form will feed, they are the only company able to complete this work. In addition to this major project, the databases and websites that Objective has created for USHE all feed into each other. We need to maintain the linkages Objective has put in place in order to maintain business operations. It is more cost effective to use them as the sole source provider.
