Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide consultant services in the areas of Finance and Administration Services, Research Services, and Academic Services as requested by Tennessee Tech. Tennessee Tech, at the discretion of university senior administration, will contact the Contractor as needs arise to establish engagements. The Contractor will submit a Statement of Work, pursuant to the terms, conditions and pricing of this Contract, which serves as the Master Agreement between the Parties and shall govern over individual Statements of Work executed thereunder. All decisions shall be made by Tennessee Tech as to choice of services to be utilized, depth of engagement, etc. This Contract is not a retainer agreement. Payment will only be made for services requested by and provided to Tennessee Tech in accordance with the Contract terms. Tennessee Tech’s issuance of a Contract does not guarantee that any of the services Contracted for will be requested.
