Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to procure a contract for Construction of the Chilhowee View Road Water Main Improvements. The Project consists of constructing approximately 10,100 linear feet (LF) of 12” DIP water line, 7,050 LF of 8” PVC water line, 2,175 LF of 6” PVC water line, 130 LF of 4” PVC water line, 10 LF of 2” PVC water line, all service reconnections, and all associated valves, fittings, and appurtenances along Chilhowee View Road, from Wilkinson Pike to Whites Mill Road, and along Nickel Point Drive, and along E. Lamar Alexander Highway (US321) from Autumn Drive to Sims Road in Maryville, TN. Bids shall be on a unit price basis for a single prime Contract.
