Specifications include, but are not limited to: Supervisory Control and Data Collection Acquisition (SCADA)Water and Sewer Licensing Upgrades. 1.New hardware with active maintenance contract is in place for all SCADA systems.2.New domain in place to ensure utility systems operations staff has a single user accountto use across all SCADA systems.3.SCADA alarming can be sent via at least two unique transport methods.4.SCADA alarming can be sent via two separate systems located at separate facilities.5.CS staff can securely access systems using multi-factor authentication.6.CS staff access is logged.7.Non-administrative, operation staff do not have direct access to server system runningSCADA client application located at primary site.8.Server administration work does not negatively impact operators’ monitoring andmanagement of water / sewer systems.
