Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm shall perform Project Scoping Services on an as-needed basis for the Greenfield District. Scoping services for otherdistricts may also be assigned. These services may include any or all of the following services: Preliminary EngineeringAssessment/Alternative Analysis, Traffic Data Collection, Traffic Forecasting, Complex Traffic Capacity and Operations Analysis, TrafficSafety Analysis, Route and Topographic Survey, hydraulic analysis and Small Structure Inspection Services. The firm should haveexperience addressing environmental issues and also in preparing traffic, road and/or bridge design concepts as they may be asked toprovide these services during the course of this contract.
