Specifications include, but are not limited to: Generally, the scope of work shall consist of: a. Removing and disposing of the existing layer of asphalt shingles, underlayment material, and all protruding staples and nails. b. Identifying and notifying the City of any existing and/or potential problems with the sheathing or other related roof structures and materials. c. Installing new underlayment material, flashing, ice shields, and new shingles. A GAF Gold Standard, 50 year minimum guarantee, or similar, compliance for all materials. Color Barkwood d. Sealing vents and other structures as necessary. e. Remove and replace all gutters with a minimum 6” K-style aluminum gutters with 3”x4” aluminum leaders. f. Health Department addition is less than a year old and is not included in this project but will need to be tied in where needed. g. Remove and replace all fascia board.
