Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Tolleson’s Wastewater Treatment Plant is located at 9501 W. Pima Street, Tolleson, Arizona. The proposed New Utility Operations Building will consolidate all operations for the wastewater treatment plant and water operations under one roof. The new building shall be approximately 20,000 square-feet in area, two story in height. The building shall include offices, conference rooms, storage rooms, a break room, lobby area, locker rooms, and open office area for staff workstations. Parking shall be provided for visitors and essential staff. The fundamental requirement of design and construction is to provide a facility that meets the needs of the department while staying within or under the project budget.
