Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Phase I – 1. The vendor shall remove existing tree stumps, clear and grub the existing grade for new concrete walk. The vendor shall install suitable fill and compact for subgrade at new concrete walk, typical. (ADA Accessible Walk w/ Max. Cross Slope of 1.5% and Max. Longitudinal Slope of 3.8%, Typical). 2. The vendor shall install new 5-foot-wide x 4-inch-thick concrete walk w/ 10/10 WWF - approx. 170 linear feet, typical, (ADA Accessible Walk w/ Max. Cross Slope of 1.5% and Max. Longitudinal Slope of 3.8%, Typical). 3. The vendor shall mill the existing parking area and drive, prep and compact subgrade, install 4-inch-thick gravel fill, pave w/ min. 2 Inch of asphalt (Work To Existing Curb & Gutter), and install standard parking stripes - approx. 4,000 square feet at asphalt parking lot, typical. Demo and install new curb and gutter as needed. (See the drawings). 4. The vendor shall visit the site, review all conditions, and verify all quantities of required materials for completion of the project. The vendor shall seed and straw all disturbed soil in the area of construction. The vendor shall remove construction debris from the site in a timely manner and leave the site and grounds useable by the public. B. Phase II – 1. The vendor shall remove existing trees, tree stumps, clear and grub the existing grade for new ADA parking and ADA concrete walk. The vendor shall install suitable fill, compact for subgrade at required grades for new parking area and concrete walks. 2. The vendor shall excavate at the proposed parking area addition, prep and compact subgrade, install 4-inch thick gravel fill, pave w/ min. 2 inches of asphalt paving, (ADA Accessible Parking Spaces & Aisle w/ Max. Longitudinal And Cross Slope of 1.5%, Typical), install ADA signage, symbols and stripes - approx. 1,260 square feet of asphalt paving at ADA parking lot addition, typ. Install concrete curb and gutter - approx. 148 linear feet at parking lot addition, typ. 3. The vendor shall install new 5-foot-wide x 4-inch-thick concrete walk w/ 10/10 WWF - approx. 140 linear feet, typ. Prep and compact subgrade at required grades for new concrete walks, (ADA Accessible Walk w/ Max. Cross Slope of 1.5% and Max. Longitudinal Slope of 3.8%, Typical). 4. The vendor shall install 4 Inch thick by 5-foot x 16-foot concrete slab @ trailhead w/ 10/10 WWF - Prep and compact subgrade at required grades for new concrete slab, (ADA Accessible Slab w/ Max. Longitudinal and Cross Slope of 1.5%, Typical). (See the drawings). 5. The vendor shall visit the site, review all conditions, and verify all quantities of required materials for completion of the project. The vendor shall seed and straw all disturbed soil in the area of construction.
