Specify and recommend solutions and best practices for achieving business goals. Configure and implement approved solutions. Provide training and documentation to ARRC team to build and support the implemented solution. Assist with project management, testing and deployment. Provide ongoing support as requested.; For Freight, SalesForce is currently used to record basic information for customer quotes in preparation for finalizing contracts for freight movements. ARRC desires to enhance the process so that it could eliminate the use of some legacy software for finalizing agreements. Additionally there are opportunities to integrate with internal systems and third party freight pricing systems to eliminate duplication of data and streamline the sales and billing processes.; For Passenger, SalesForce is currently configured to synchronize Travel Trade customer information with its internal reservation system, Rail Studio. Additional integration with the reservation system is planned for direct passengers as well as select booking data as part of software enhancements done by the vendor. ARRC desires to advance its use of this data to enhance Travel Trade customer onboarding as well as provide sales and operational support for customer communication. Opportunities exist to streamline the Travel Trade registration process as well as promote product training. Additionally, there are opportunities to enhance and improve pre- and post-departure engagement as well as response efforts for cancelled trains or irregular operations.
