Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, rentals, tools, insurance, materials, and other incidentals required to clean, televise, and inspect all City sanitary and storm sewers within the City on an as-needed basis. This coverage shall include emergency coverage on a 24 hour/7days per week basis for the City. B. The work outlined in this Request for Bid shall be done as follows: 1. The Contractor is required to obtain all local, state, or federal licenses and permits necessary to complete this work. 2. The Contractor shall follow all OSHA regulations and perform the work in a safe manner. 3. No part of any work performed under this Contract may be subcontracted out to other contractors or individuals not included and covered by the Contractor’s insurance.
