Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Remove and abate all loose/peeling lead based paint from steel structure, seat framing, and railings B. Prepare all surfaces for paint, including scraping loose scale and rust; Clean ready for paint C. Examine existing steel with owner to determine damaged areas requiring repair D. Include a $50,000 allowance in bid to cover inspections, labor, materials, and equipment for structural repairs E. Paint existing and new steel members with rust inhibiting primer/paint F. Minimum one primer coat and two finish coats; Silver color similar to existing G. Two finish coats on existing gutters and downspouts H. Remove/Reinstall aluminum bench seating as needed I. Provide 1 year parts, materials and labor warranty
