Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. If you are bidding dump trucks, please list make, model, single axle or tandem and box size in cubic yards. 2. If you are bidding loaders, please list make, model, and bucket size in cubic yards. 3. If you are bidding motor graders, please list make and model. 4. You may also bid any other snow removal equipment that you have that would be available for the City’s snow removal operations. Example: skid steers, etc. 5. Please provide the City with a per hour price bid that included a driver for the equipment. 6. Please provide and additional comments regarding availability of equipment, for example, if you are committed to cleaning private parking lots for the first 24 hours after a snowstorm or if you are on call 24 hours a day, etc. 7. Please keep in mind that sales tax does not pertain to municipal work and should not be included in your bid.
