Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Provide quality service in assisting CIHA in developing a comprehensive insurance program with all resources available to CIHA. B. Be attentive, inventive and committed to the rapidly developing insurance needs of CIHA. Utilize the most effective strategies for identifying risk exposures while maintaining adequate coverage(s) in line with CIHA management philosophy. C. Provide risk management consulting services which facilitate risk management practices that are effective on a cost/benefit basis and/or reduction of undesirable conditions. D. Present a high- profile image to insurance markets to secure insurance terms and coverages on a competitive basis at the best possible premiums. E. Proactive adaption to changes in insurance markets and the legal environment. F. Avoid duplications or overlap of coverage and/or unnecessary coverages.
