Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pumping, hauling, and disposing of leachate from the Jackson County Landfill located near Ripley, West Virginia to the Sissonville Wastewater Treatment Plant, located in Sissonville, West Virginia. The estimated time from loading at the Landfill and traveling to the WWTP and back is approximately one and half (1 ½ ) hours. The round trip from the Landfill to the WWTP is approximately sixty (60) miles. 3.1.1 Vendor Hauling and Disposal 3.1.1.1 The Vendor shall be responsible for providing all trucks, personnel, and related equipment for the pumping, hauling and delivery of leachate from the Jackson County Landfill to the Sissonville Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), or to the nearest WVDEP approved WWTP as directed by the WVDEP. 3.1.1.1.1 The Vendor shall collect and transport up to thirty thousand (30,000) gallons of leachate to the Sissonville WWTP in an eight (8) hour period. 3.1.1.1.2 The vendor shall run a minimum of one (1) truck daily; the truck shall have a capacity of no less than 5,000- gallons each.
