Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide routine, preventative, and emergency HVAC and plumbing maintenance and repair services. The Contractor will inspect buildings interior and exterior HVAC and plumbing system components to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repair making notes and recommendations. The Contractor shall perform troubleshooting and repair of HVAC and plumbing issues. The Contractor shall cover the furnishings and floor area below plumbing located above the ceiling line and above work area with tarps or plastic sheeting prior to commencing work. The Contractor shall exercise care not to damage the equipment and facility(ies) while performing the work specified.
