Specifications include, but are not limited to: Perform the following work on passenger cars: ARR 301 1. Disassemble and return existing equipment to ARRC: a. Galley foodservice equipment b. Galley fixtures and cabinetry c. Bar equipment and fixtures d. Bar cabinetry and top e. Trash locker and beverage refrigerator 2. Disassemble and retain for reinstallation: a. B-end hallway baseboard heaters, heater covers, trim and hardware b. Hallway wall lining trim c. Wrecking tool locker and tools 3. Demolish and discard: a. Galley and hallway partition linings. b. Galley stainless steel wall lining (depending on condition) c. Galley stainless steel floor covering d. Galley, hallway and bar area flooring and subfloor i. Provide ¾” plywood temporary subfloor as working surface as needed. 4. Coordinate with ARRC Carmen to demolish galley subfloor dividers and extended steel hallway wall framing (Not in contract). 5. Provide and Install: a. Galley and hallway composite subfloor panels (ARRC provided) i. Coat any area of floor joist bare metal from demolition with POR 15 rust inhibiting coating prior to subfloor installation. b. Hallway finish flooring and LLEPM glow-strip (ARRC provided) c. Welded steel galley partition framing. d. Galley stainless steel wall lining and trim e. New hallway wall lining and trim i. Formica ‘Antique white’, matte finish, or similar on 1/2” APA A-B sanded plywood f. Galley stainless steel floor pans g. Reinstall baseboard heaters, heater covers and trim using new hardware.
