Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City is seeking sealed proposals from qualified consultants to provide multicultural community engagement for the three city projects/programs, described in Section 1.2. The scope of work includes: • Project Management, including refining the scope and schedule for engagement • Housing Leadership and BOLD Cohort recruitment and training • Cohort meetings • Community events/trainings and direct engagement Proposals should respond to how the Consultant will complete the tasks and deliverables identified in the scope of work for Years 1, 2, and 3 including cost breakdown for each year (Refer to 4.3.5 Contract Price). Multicultural Community Engagement Consultant duties: • Project Management. The firm’s Project Manager will be the City’s primary point of contact for the duration of the project. The firm’s Project Manager will ensure Housing and BOLD Leadership Cohort members conduct high-quality public engagement that meets city expectations throughout the project.
