Specifications include, but are not limited to: Building and site program development derived from consensus building among stakeholder groups representing both the Fire-Medical and Police functions; Leading a multi-disciplinary team of sub-consultants under Construction Manager at Risk delivery method ensuring that sub-consultants are provided the opportunities to directly engage the project stakeholders so that all designs concepts that support the Owner’s program and budget objectives are heard; Preparing written and graphic deliverables that are tailored to a range of technical and nontechnical stakeholders, elected officials, and developer/neighborhood constituents; Experience with architectural design that leverages more sophisticated HVAC systems designed to segregate contaminated air streams and/or maintain building compartment pressurizations in support of the goal of cancer prevention; Hillside development and desert sensitive site development including storm water management, landscape design, and night sky sensitive lighting; The coordination of new electrical services, specifically with Arizona Public Service; Site design which responds to recurring fire apparatus flows while accommodating general public and secure, personal vehicle, and fleet vehicle parking.
