Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to evaluate respondents’ experience relative to Classroom Management Software, with an emphasis on quality control measures as well as innovative concepts, with the intent to enter into State of Utah Cooperative contracts with qualified firms. Strict adherence to the points outlined in the RFP is necessary. The Classroom Management Software should: Provide end user training and professional development to teachers; Ability for teacher to view and monitor student device screens in real time; Ability for teacher to control URL access on student devices, web limiting, black listing and whitelisting; Ability for teacher to close tabs and programs on student devices; Ability to share documents and files with students; Ability for teacher to lock student device screens with a blank screen, an image or a custom message; Ability for teacher to share his/her screen with students; Ability to monitor and maintain browsing history on student devices; Ability to give students a discreet way to ask for additional help, that is, a way to digitally raise their hands.; Ability for teachers to message or chat with student(s); Ability to co-teach in another teacher's classroom (for example, when a teacher has a sub); Ability to take screenshots of student screens; Ability to group student devices on teachers screen according to seating chart; Ability to see multiple tabs on student devices at a glance without additional clicks; Ability to see the number of multiple windows that a student has open as well as the tabs on those windows; Control one students’ computer; Switch between control and observe modes; Switch the control window between full size and fit-to-window; Ability for teacher to share their screen or another student's screen with other students’ computers; Ability to create an additional classroom and be able to monitor it from anywhere; Integrate with Clever and Google Classroom for rostering; Reporting capabilities on student device usage; Multi-OS support, iOS devices, Chromebooks, Macs, Windows, Android devices
