Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The selected Consultant will provide technical consulting services and assistance to implement Metro’s Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Program. The primary scope of services includes, but is not limited to the following categories: • Planning for and executing sustainability, Environmental Social Governance (ESG), or carbon reduction goals. • Provide a budgetary number and Return on Investment(ROI) for projects, including budgetary numbers that include all tax incentives and rebates available. • Identification and assisting with implementation of energy efficiency measures at METRO owned and/or managed facilities via building audits, staff interviews, modeling, or other methodologies. • Conduct portfolio wide planning and prioritization of energy projects. • Construction management of energy projects. • Evaluating replacement or refurbishment of HVAC and mechanical systems. o Fans, pumps, motors, AHUs, heat pumps, VFDs o Boilers o Chillers o Cooling towers o Energy recovery units • Envelope assessment and improvement. • Insulation and pressurization improvements. • Window replacements and glazing. • Design of LED lighting projects and standards, including lighting controls and fixture types. • Organization and analysis of utility data and rates. • Zero Emission Vehicle and Electric Vehicle Infrastructure consulting services. • Plug and process load improvements.
