Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. A PPMS software solution to manage enterprise-level, healthcare-related projects that can be scaled up to program, portfolio, and enterprise dashboards to view all of the projects within various departments embedded within the organization’s divisions. 2. A centralized solution for enterprise portfolio management that includes forms and workflows to help with project/portfolio intake, categorization, prioritization, functional review, and executive (stage gate) approval processes. This solution should also help ANTHC managers to predict, plan, evaluate, and prioritize the portfolio(s) and enterprise resources to achieve the highest value and align with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives. 3. A PPMS software that is versatile enough to manage varying project types ranging from information technology, electronic healthcare record, data and analytics, biomedical, community health, environmental, facilities design and construction, marketing, and medical process projects. 4. A PPMS software that is cloud-based, accessible through mobile devices, and easy and intuitive to use when managing projects. The software should be easy enough to use that it compels users to work directly within the solution’s environment as opposed to finding workarounds outside the software to save time.
