Specifications include, but are not limited to: Research and Design • Review Agency background materials; • Become oriented and onboarded; • Design qualitative interview questions for retreat; • Conduct 35 – 50-minute one-on-one interviews with all participants; • Provide a transcript and analysis report of interviews; • Conduct planning, design, and strategy meetings between all teams; • Attend 1 – 3 cabinet meetings; • Design and draft retreat agenda; • Prep meeting materials for the cabinet in-person retreat; and • Design content and presentation deck for the retreat. 2.4.2 Facilitation • Coordinate travel, ground transportation and lodging accommodations for in-person retreat in Portland, Oregon; • Conduct a pre-meeting prior to the cabinet in-person retreat; and • Facilitate the cabinet in-person retreat. 2.4.3 Implementation Summary • Debrief Agency leadership about the in-person retreat; • Design and articulate next steps for Agency leadership; and • Provide a report of recommendations.
