Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Proposal is to solicit applications from eligible nonprofits to provide health, housing and human services to residents within one or more regions of the County of Fairfax for the Consolidated Community Funding Pool (CCFP). Funding in the CCFP is available from a combination of local, state and federal sources: Federal and State Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) (approximately 8% of total funds); Federal Community Development Block grant (CDBG) (approximately 6% of total funds); Fairfax County General Fund (approximately 86% of total funds); All awards are subject to the County of Fairfax General Conditions and Instructions to Bidders found in the Resource Manual, pages 25-33 and Special Provisions also in the Resource Manual, page 5. All programs receiving funds from the Community Services Block Grant and Community Development Block Grant will be subject to all Federal and State laws, regulations and guidelines governing those grants.
