Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work of this contract is as noted in the plans and specifications prepared by Desmone Architects as included in the Project Manual and as noted below. The work includes but is not limited to the following: • Select demolition • Concrete work • Miscellaneous metal work • Carpentry and casework • Installation and/or replacement of doors, frames, and hardware. • Division 9 finishes including: o Metal stud o Drywall o Painting o Lay-in ceilings o Floor coverings and base • Specialties: o Elevator modernization o Plumbing o HVAC o Electrical o Telecommunications o Fire alarm and sprinkler work. HVAC work includes grilles, registers and diffusers, ductwork, insulation, and HVAC units, system testing and balancing. The HVAC contractor shall also calibrate the three existing stair pressurization fans.
