Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Hawaii State Hospital (“State”) is seeking a contract for the repair of air conditioning system at the Guensberg building on the grounds of Hawaii State Hospital. Recover all refrigerants . Remove & replace six(6) condenser coils w/ aluminum fin/ copper tubes. No microchannel allowed. . Apply anti-corrosion coating before installation . Prep frames & housing w/ wire brush & apply rust inhibitor . Replace liquid line dries, txv, & associated copper piping . Replace flow switch & flow switch cable . Remove & replace w/ two (2) new compressors from circuit # 1 . Remove & replace compressor oil for the three (3) compressors on circuit #2 . Leak check both circuits . Pull vacuum & weigh-in factory charge w/ new refrigerant
