Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Health (DOH), Hawaii State Hospital (HSH), is interested in contracting the labor, equipment, tools, and materials to perform all operations in connection for the tree trimming, cut down, and debris removal of certain foliage on state owned property of Hawaii State Hospital. All work shall be done between 7:30am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday, except State Holidays. Contractor to provide safety signs, barricades, and other devices necessary for the safety and convenience of the general public. Contractor shall at all times conduct his/her work to assure the least possible disruption to normal public traffic (vehicular and pedestrian) and allowing for the free flow of traffic and public rights-of way. Shirts are required to be worn at all times on the work site, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, no radios or headsets are allowed. Adverse conditions which may require major field changes not state in the scope of work for this project must be reported to the Hawaii State Hospital Facility Plant Manager prior to commencement or continuation of work.
