Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work to be done under this contract consists of the following: The project location will be: Belmont Ave. eastbound lane. starting on the west side of the 22nd street intersection heading east to the 13th street intersection. The project is approximately 20'x2530' a total of 50,600 square feet. The work to be done under this contract consists of the following: 1) Grind out existing asphalt to a depth of 2". The grind will be the full width of the eastbound lane. Grindings to be removed and hauled to the city's Public Works yard 1200 18th Street. Compact any exposed base material. The road must be swept after grinding to remove any remaining debris. 2) Replacement paving will be 2 inches of level 2, half inch aggregate dense ACP surface asphalt, PG 64-22 binder asphalt, installed and compacted. Compaction testing will be required. A tack coat must be applied prior to paving. When the paving is completed, the contractor is required to sand seal all edges where the new asphalt meets old asphalt. 3) Replace all existing pavement markings to include: two (2) crosswalks with white 12" thermoplastic approximately 160 lineal feet, one (1) stop bar with white 12' thermoplastic approximately 20 lineal feet, one (1) white 8" thermoplastic line approximately 85 lineal feet, one (1) white 9'10" thermoplastic straight arrow, one (1) white 8'2" thermoplastic right turn arrow, a 4" yellow paint center skip line approximately 470 lineal feet of paint, and a 4" yellow paint double center line approximately 170 lineal feet of paint. 4) The contractor will be responsible for all traffic control involved with this project and conform with ODOT standards. 5) Concrete curb damage that occurs during this project could be required to be replaced. Removal of debris from job site will be required when complete
