Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful bidder will be responsible to manufacture and install new signage according to the specifications provided. Exterior building name sign will be illuminated face channel letters in sizes specified in Attachment B, no alternates will be accepted. The successful bidder will work with HDR to provide the fabrication and erection of new steel needed to support the signage on the roof sign. Attachment B provides drawings and specifications provided by HDR. The bidder is to supply an estimate based on these drawings and specifications. Attachment C provides drawings showing sizing and power requirements. Bidder will provide shop drawings of each sign and placement for MECA to approve. Bidder will provide any additional costs related to modified or additional structure needed to mount new signage. Bidder shall follow scale and color specifications provided on Attachment D from Charles Schwab.
