Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Frankfort is accepting sealed responses from qualified individuals or firms to provide consulting services related to the National Register designation of the Green Hill Cemetery in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Request for Proposals and any other term and condition in any contract subsequently awarded. A proposal shall be selected by the Frankfort Board of Commissioners, through recommendation by the selection committee, who will review each response, considering the evaluation factors identified in this Request for Proposals and any other factors that it considers relevant to serving the best interest of the City of Frankfort, and as specified in this Request for Proposals.
